Assistant Call Center Manager for Logistics/Freight Services
Work Setup: Onsite in Ayala
Shift: Night-Shift
Salary: Up to 65,000 pesos
Target Start Date: Mid/Last week of February 2024
Job Description:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Executes tasks related to logistics and freight services, focusing on quality and efficiency, following office and company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitors task boards and email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests promptly.
- Documents events and follows defined escalation procedures when necessary.
- Ensures customer and carrier satisfaction by following through on requests and escalating questions or requests when necessary.
- Validates and ensures the accuracy of load data in systems according to company and customer standards.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the transportation/logistics industry with companies such as FedEx, UPS, DB Schenker, CEVA, DHL, or others (non-negotiable).
- BPO/Call Center experience as Supervisor or Assistant Call Center Manager for at least 2 years.
- Experience in handling Trucking, Freight Services, and/or Logistics accounts.
