Looking for a Healthcare Voice Consultant to provide expert healthcare services through voice.
Responsibilities:
Support healthcare clients with inquiries.
Assist with insurance claims and healthcare documentation.
Provide customer-focused solutions.
Qualifications:
Active PRC License.
1 year of clinical experience required.
Healthcare or insurance experience is a bonus.
Work Setup:
Onsite training at MOA for 4-6 weeks, followed by WFH.
