Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Account: Healthcare

Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays

Salary: Upto 150k

Work Location: Market! Market, Taguig.

Qualification: At least High School (old curriculum) graduate | SHS Graduate | Associate or Vocational Graduate | College Graduate | Post Graduate.

Key Attributes:

• Must have at least 5 years of managerial experience in handling a healthcare account in a BPO company.

• Must be proficient in English & MS Office Skills

~ Must have managed Team Leads & Managers as direct reportes with a min HC of 100 FTEs.

~ Must have managed clients and should have handled MBRs, QBRs.

~ Must be well versed with the client SLAs and Operational Metrices on Shrinkage, Manpower Planning, Attrition, AHT.

~ Must have excellent team management skills and should be able to drive team towards achieving organizational goals.

• We prefer candidates residing in Manila or nearby provinces and can be scheduled for an online/onsite assessment and interview immediately

• Target Start Date: Immediate.
