Position: Account Manager
Schedule: Night Shift
Set-up: Onsite (Clark, Pampanga)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and establish productive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and goals and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet those needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Analyze client data and prepare reports to demonstrate the value of our services.
- Oversee the management of client surveys.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends (Customer Feedback (CX) Industry (Preferably)
- Knowledge of NPS, CSAT, and others (Preferably)
