Acepting candidates with expired licenses as long as it is not more than 12 months since expiration and license is for mainland.
The company will also be the one who will provide cost and processing fee for renewal of expired license but candidate will be binded to the company from date hired to 6 months of stay in the company.
Skillsets Required/Qualifications
• Active Mainland USRN License
• Experience managing remote teams
• At least 2 years of BPO Healthcare experience in a leadership role
Site : QC; Taguig; Makati; Muntinlupa; Cebu
Work Setup/Shift Schedule : Night Shift; Observes US Holidays; Hybrid
Salary : PHP 80,000 - PHP 140,000 Basic Salary +PHP 3,600 Optum Allowance
Primary Responsibilities
• Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of own team
• May oversee work activities of other supervisors
• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
• Influences or provides input to forecasting and planning activities
• Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external)
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
