Education: Bachelor's Degree
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience Training function / Has to be great at communication;
- Master Trainer for the team; internal upskill on EXL Language Assessment / Take on strategic role, decisions, interact to different business leaders, carve new path for the team, create visibility.
- Grown in the industry with 8 years of at least current manage experience handling large team and similar portfolio in EXL
- Exposure to US , UK clients and understanding of the industry
