Position: Senior Manager Pre-process Training-Delivery
Location: MOA Pasay / Onsite
Salary: 100k basic
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Requirements:
12-15 years of experience Training function / Has to be great at communication.
Master Trainer for the team; internal upskill on EXL Language Assessment.
Take on strategic roles, and decisions, and interact with different business leaders.
Carve new paths for the team, and create visibility.
Grown in the industry with 8 years of at least current management
experience handling large teams and similar portfolios in EXL.
Exposure to US , UK clients and understanding of the industry
