Salary - 140k maximum + allowance

Reports to: DGM – C&B/HR
POSITION PURPOSE:-
This position has the overall responsibility of HR administrative services across all company locations. The role provides leadership to a team of executives carrying out activities spanning the employee lifecycle post recruitment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Responsible for smooth functioning of employee services activities across locations for international &
domestic processes
• Monitoring policy implementation across the company covering the following:
o Implementation of C&B policies for below manager population across locations
o Implementation of benefits for below manager population across locations
• Managing the ES team handling HR administrative activities ensuring internal customer satisfaction
• Driving & implementing new initiatives with focus on cost reduction
• Preparation & monitoring of team budget
• Vendor management for payroll/Insurance/TPA/consultants
• Handling audits and closure of audit items on time
• Ensuring employee HR letters are published /distributed within agreed timelines
• Managing payroll for below manager population, identifying causes for revenue leakages and ensuring
that the same are plugged
• Monitoring below manager employee database
• Benefits Administration for all employees across grades
• Ensure up-to-date reporting for headcount/attrition at agreed frequency
• Ensure smooth functioning of Genie team
• Ensuring competitive response time to internal customer needs.
SPAN OF CONTROL (PEOPLE, ASSESTS etc)
DECISION MAKING / AUTHORITY
• All decisions with reference to employee services activities
• All actions to be taken based on pre-decided goals.
• All financial sign offs as per the budget approved.

EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (ESSENTIAL/DESIRED)
• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
• 6-7 years of work experience, with a good Corporate exposure
• Comfort with MS Office.
