Position: HR Specialist- Employee Engagement

Location: Makati

Experience: Minimum 2 yrs in an Employee Engagement role in a BPO set-up

Salary: Maximum 35K All in

Experience in payroll management, compensation, and benefits is a must

Experience in joining and exit formalities is a must-have

Work on Site

Essential Skills:

 Willingness to work in mid/night shifts

 Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

 Flexibility to meet business requirements and fluctuating workload, manage change

 Project Management and ability to Organize, prioritize, and complete them.

 Good Interpersonal Skills to foster a cooperative work environment.

 Hardworking and Smart working attitude with openness to feedback

 Have acceptable typing speed of at least 22 WPM/90% Accuracy

 Active knowledge of using MS office basic applications like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Notes, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

 Age: 18 years Completed and Above

 Bachelor’s Degree Graduate (4 or 5 years course completed)

 Min. 2 yrs Experience in HREE/ER facets, (BPO experience is a must)
