ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Listen to customer's questions and concerns and provide answers or responses.
•Provide information about products and services.
•Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments.
•Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary.
•Handle returns or complaints.
QUALIFICATION:
•Completed at least 2 years in college or, High school graduate with 1 year customer-interfacing work experience.
•Completed a 2-year vocational/certificate course with 1 year customer-interfacing work experience
