Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA functional consulting projects across modules such as FI, CO, PP, SD, MM, and PM

Conduct design workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions with global clients

Perform FIT-GAP analysis and recommend optimized business solutions

Lead functional teams through configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support

Provide strategic advisory to clients on SAP-driven digital transformation initiatives

Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes, solution roadmaps, and implementation strategies

Support RFP responses, proposal development, and business development initiatives

Ensure proper documentation, process alignment, and project governance throughout the implementation lifecycle

Provide training and guidance to end users and functional teams

Required Qualifications

JLPT N1 or N2 certification (Mandatory)

Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Mandatory)

MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school (Preferred)

Minimum 10 years of consulting experience, including SAP project implementation

At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations

Strong expertise in one or more modules: FI, CO, PP, SD, MM, or PM

Experience performing FIT-GAP analysis and business process optimization

Ability to conduct bilingual client workshops and stakeholder engagements

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
