Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
1–2 years pure Insurance experience (P&C / Life & Annuities)
2–3 years BPO experience with at least 1 year supervisory role
Strong background in insurance billing & account management
Proficient in MS Office, CRM & QA tools
