Key Skills

Financial Report Auditing Data Manipulation Language (DML) At least 1 year of relevant working experience in BPO / ITES industry, preferably in Quality/Compliance role Account Reconciliation College Graduate Preparing journal entries; debit and credit entries. Knowledgeable in General ledgers account, accounts reconciliations. Reconciling GL transactions and GL Balances Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Workday / PeopleSoft preferred)

Job title: Cash Ops Analyst
Work location: McKinley
Work set up and schedule: Hybrid (Once training is completed)
Salary: 25,000
SD: ASAP

Job Description:
• Prepare cash balancing packages for multiple currencies including journal entries to record cash activity.
• Verify appropriateness of cash, credit card, and refund transactions.
• Prepare/ upload journal entries for credit card fees

Qualifications :
* College Graduate (Accounting Course non-negotiable)
* CPA (preferred, but good to endorse Non-CPA)
* Atleast 1 year of experience
* Good Communication Skills
* Experience with ERP Systems (SAP etc.)
* Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files)
* Preparation of Journal Entries
* Balance Sheet
* General Ledger Management
* Account Reconciliation
* Financial Reporting
