Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of asset management processes, ensuring smooth operations and driving organisational success in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in infrastructure projects within the banking sector, with a focus on strategic planning, stakeholder management, and compliance.
Key Details
- Location: BGC Taguig or Makati
- Shift: Night Shift / Shifting (flexibility required)
- Work Setup: RTWO / Hybrid
- Salary Range: PHP 130,000 - 150,000 (based on experience)
- Experience Level: 8-10 years
- Openings: 3
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in asset management for infrastructure projects in the banking domain.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience managing CMDB tools.
- Expertise in asset lifecycle management, inventory and documentation, software license management, vendor and contract management, compliance, and risk management.
- Demonstrated skills in strategic planning and stakeholder management.
Required Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Unix and SQL.
Good-to-Have
- CITAM Certification.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work in Taguig or Makati.
- Stable employment history (no frequent job changes of less than 1 year per role).

- Provide end-to-end ownership of the asset management process.
- Leverage experience with CMDB tools to support operations.
- Manage stakeholders effectively to align on goals and deliverables.
