Job Title: Senior IT Support Engineer

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) | Central Bloc 2, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts

Salary Package: Up to ₱34,000 per month

Start Date: Immediate

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical assistance and support within our IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of end-user systems, offering hands-on support for remote domain teams, and maintaining IT asset compliance with organizational security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues logged via the internal ticketing system.

Deliver hands-and-feet support for remote domain teams, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related concerns.

Participate in incident response calls during system outages to assist in restoration efforts.

Conduct regular IT asset inventory verification and maintain accurate records.

Respond to and update email and chat communications regarding business-related IT inquiries.

Ensure all IT assets comply with the organization’s established security policies and standards.

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in onsite IT support or a related technical role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated stability in employment history (no frequent job changes).

Preferred Attributes

Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.

Basic understanding of IT security protocols and asset management.

Work Arrangements

Hybrid work setup: 3 days onsite per week at our Cebu IT Park office.

Rotational shift schedule to support business operation
