Qualifications :
Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)
Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
Microsoft product knowledge is required
Should have experience supporting a BPO environment(Required)
At least 6 months of experience in QA or a related field, including team leader experience (required).
Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years of college experience(required)
