Job Title: NOC Mainframe Operator

Shift: 12:30am-9:30am

Note: The rest day of the associate will not be fixed and will change every month.

Work set up: Daily onsite in BGC Taguig

Salary range: 80k (experience based)

Required years of experience: 2 - 3 years

Required Technical Skill Set: Batch Job operations and Console Monitoring.

Keywords: Mainframe Batch operations, Console Monitoring, TWS-Tivoli workload scheduler, Batch Jobs Monitoring, SDSF, ESP, CA-Workload Automation, OPC, D-Series.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

Must-Have:

• Experience in TWS/Any Batch Job Monitoring tool. (Mainframe)

• Should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in NOC Mainframe

• Minimum 2 mandate details are mandated with two or 3 liners.

• Experience in Command center/NOC

• Batch Jobs Monitoring.

• Console Monitoring.

• SLA Jobs Monitoring.

• Handling Batch Job abends.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role:

• Should have proper Knowledge in Mainframe.

• Experience in performing IPL/DR Activities.

• Batch Jobs Monitoring.

• Handling Batch Abend jobs and Console WTOR messages.

• SLA Jobs Monitoring.

OTHERS:

• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company

• Not a current or former employee of the TCS and no active applications with them

Details of The Project:

• Banking Project –NOC Mainframe Operations Team.

• Handling Batch Job Operations, Console Monitoring, SLA Jobs

• Monitoring, Handling SFT failed Operations, Performing IPL/DR

• Activity, Monitoring Tape Library/Mirror, IBM Clusters.
