Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - 55,000 per month (flexible for exceptional candidates)

About the Role:

We are seeking three (3) skilled Training Content Designers to join the learning and development team of a leading global enterprise. In this remote role, you will be the architect of engaging and effective learning experiences, utilizing modern e-learning tools to design programs that enhance employee skills and performance. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and use data to ensure our training delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive, scalable e-learning modules and courses using Articulate Rise 360.

Write clear, effective instructional content and build compelling learning storylines.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business leaders to define learning objectives and content.

Plan and coordinate skills assessment initiatives and related training programs.

Support the implementation of new courses by providing guidance to trainers and facilitating sessions as needed.

Develop and monitor key metrics (e.g., completion rates, assessment scores, feedback) to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.

Potentially design other computer-based training (CBT) programs and manage external vendors for content development or delivery.

Basic Requirements:

Proven experience as a Content Designer or Instructional Designer in a corporate or BPO environment.

Advanced, hands-on experience with Articulate Rise 360 (minimum 1 year). This must be explicitly listed on your CV with examples.

Minimum 1 year of experience in instructional storylining and content writing for adult learners.

Strong ability in needs analysis, collaboration with SMEs, and data-driven evaluation of training programs.

Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Must have a dedicated home office setup suitable for a WFH graveyard shift.
