Job Title: Endpoint Security Architect

Work Setup / Location: RTWO / Hybrid – Taguig or Makati

Schedule: Night Shift / Shifting (requires flexibility)

Hiring Level: Mid-Management

Salary: ₱100,000 – ₱200,000 range, for recruiter reference only)

Job Summary / Description

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Security Architect to design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade endpoint and server protection solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Trend Micro security products, with the ability to integrate and optimize them within large-scale, hybrid environments.

You will be responsible for implementing scalable security architectures, managing EDR platforms, and performing advanced threat analysis and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) architectures for enterprise environments.

Manage, configure, and tune CrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint protection.

Deploy and maintain Trend Micro Deep Security / Apex One for server workloads.

Integrate EDR and server protection with SIEM / SOAR tools for centralized visibility and response automation.

Perform threat hunting, incident response, and root cause analysis on endpoint and server security events.

Develop and enforce security policies, monitor agent health, and maintain compliance standards.

Support cyber forensic investigations and incident analysis.

Upgrade and maintain EDR platforms to ensure maximum performance and protection.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance endpoint security posture across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

6–10 years of experience in endpoint and server security architecture.

Proven hands-on experience with:

CrowdStrike Falcon (endpoint security)

Trend Micro Deep Security / Apex One (server protection)

EDR / EPP deployment, configuration, and incident management

Integration with SIEM / SOAR tools

Strong understanding of anti-malware, IPS, and firewall policies.

Skilled in threat hunting, log analysis, and forensic investigation.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Must be flexible for a 24×7 support environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications in CrowdStrike, Trend Micro, or Endpoint Security Architecture.

Exposure to cloud / hybrid infrastructure and mainstream security frameworks.

ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge.

Other Requirements

Must not be a job hopper (should have stayed at least 1 year per company).

Must be willing to work onsite or hybrid in Taguig or Makati.

Must be eligible to work in the Philippines.

Not a current or former employee of the end client.
