Job Title: Trainer (Lead – Technical Training)
Headcount Required: 1
Location: Onsite – Clark
Work Schedule: Flexible (may include shifting or graveyard hours)

Salary Range: PHP 35,000 basic + PHP 3,000 allowance
About the Role
We are looking for a Trainer (Lead – Technical Training) to design, deliver, and evaluate soft and technical skills training programs. The role involves facilitating new hire and ongoing training, coaching employees, and ensuring continuous improvement in performance and learning outcomes.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Education or Communication)

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO or contact center environment

Collections background is required
-
Strong command of English (verbal and written)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Willing to work onsite in Clark and on a shifting or graveyard schedule
Key Responsibilities

Deliver and assess technical and soft skills training for new hires and existing employees
-
Develop, update, and maintain training materials and documentation
-
Facilitate multi-week blended learning sessions (classroom and nesting phases)

Conduct floor and BQM training sessions for program teams

Track, report, and evaluate trainee performance and learning outcomes

Coach and mentor trainees during OJT, nesting, and post-training phases

Collaborate with operations and clients to ensure alignment with business needs

Provide feedback and implement performance improvement strategies

Engage in self-development and certification during non-training periods
