Location: Taguig / Davao

Salary: PHP 50,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Start Date: September 15

Relocation Package: PHP 26,000 (one-time) + 30 days accommodation

Job Overview



We are seeking an experienced Team Manager – (Disability) Insurance Claims to join our team. The successful candidate will manage performance, drive service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction while leading a pioneer line of business (LOB) in the insurance claims space.





Key Responsibilities





  • Manage team performance and ensure service quality in line with client expectations.




  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and team members.




  • Develop and implement strategies based on accurate data analysis and observations.




  • Identify training needs and support team skill development.




  • Oversee insurance-related processes including disability insurance claims, medical terminology, and system tools.




  • Collaborate with stakeholders for updates, changes, and process improvements.




  • Ensure compliance with company and client processes.







Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in any course (preferred, not required).

Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a similar role.

BPO experience (required, non-negotiable).

1–2 years of hands-on experience in Disability Insurance programs (Short-Term Disability intake processing/management).

Experience in Group Insurance, Healthcare, and other Insurance programs in a BPO setting (required).

Familiarity with FINEOS is an advantage.

Strong leadership skills to manage a pioneer LOB.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency in MS Office applications.
