Role: Manager/Sr. Manager – Process Improvement
Reports to: Senior Director
Work Setup: Onsite/Hybrid – Clark, Pampanga
Schedule: Early night to night shift (weekends off)
Target Start Date: Before end of November
Salary & Benefits:

All-in package up to ₱180K

Qualifications (Mandatory):
-
Bachelor’s degree in any field
-
5–8 years BPO experience in collections or banking accounts
-
5+ years managerial experience
-
Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt and/or Lean Sigma certification
-
Strong background in process improvement, change/stakeholder management, and project management
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead Six Sigma/process improvement projects to reduce cost, improve customer experience, and drive financial gains.

Partner with leaders to identify gaps, conduct audits, and implement high-impact solutions.

Support service delivery in achieving client metrics, operational excellence, and compliance.

Maintain OE dashboards and validate control plans.
