Job Title: SAP Manager Expert

Experience: 5+years

Non-negotiable:

• At least 5-8 yrs SAP experience and 3yrs+ in pre-sales (with experience in bid management, or client-facing consulting role)

• Strong knowledge: Knows different SAP modules (architecture)

• Nice to have: Expert in ECC or HANA

Qualifications & Experience:

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

. 8+ years of experience in SAP with at least 3+ years in a pre-sales, bid management, or client-facing consulting role.

. Strong knowledge of SAP modules and products (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud).

. Demonstrated experience preparing winning SAP proposals or leading RFP responses.

. Experience with industry-specific SAP solutions (e.g., manufacturing, utilities, public sector) is desirable.

. Familiarity with SAP partner ecosystems and licensing models is a plus.

. Exceptional communication and presentation skills

. Strong understanding of pricing models and bid strategy

. Proposal writing and documentation skills

. Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

. Familiarity with bid tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio, MS SharePoint, or similar) is advantageous
