About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with a strong background in Data Science and at least 5 years of hands-on Python programming experience. The ideal candidate is an expert in leveraging Python for data analysis, automation, and model development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize data-driven solutions that power business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Python applications for data science and automation.

Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.

Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and integration workflows.

Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices.

Support troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

Must-Have Qualifications

STRICT requirement: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a Python Developer.

Python Expert with proven experience in Data Science, advanced Python programming, and data manipulation.

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data modeling.

Hands-on experience with Python libraries for data science (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, etc.).

Ability to handle large datasets and complex workflows.

Good-to-Have Knowledge

Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

General knowledge of SQL and VBA.

Experience integrating Python with BI tools or workflow automation.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in teams.
