Job Title: Portfolio Analyst
Location: Quezon City, Philippines (Hybrid – 3 days onsite | 2 days WFH)
Office Location: Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Night Shift
Experience Required: 5+ Years

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst to support portfolio governance, reporting, and performance management across IT Operations & Foundation teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Power BI, and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Support portfolio governance, planning, and performance tracking
Analyze portfolio, financial, and delivery data to identify trends and risks
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI
Manage and validate datasets from ADO and related systems
Monitor portfolio health, interdependencies, and reporting accuracy
Coordinate portfolio review meetings and support strategic planning
Collaborate with Epic Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
Provide insights and recommendations to improve portfolio transparency
Support reporting enhancements, data quality, and process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
5+ years of experience in portfolio analysis, governance, or data analytics roles
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI
Ability to analyze large datasets and present actionable insights
Experience with dashboard creation, data modeling, and reporting
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional global environment

Preferred Skills

Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, or similar analytics tools
Familiarity with financial and capacity planning within IT portfolios
Experience supporting executive-level reporting
Knowledge of performance measurement frameworks
Stable employment history preferred (non-job hopper)
