Role: Chat/Email support

Qualifications:
• Nationality: Filipino and Foreigner (Visa: SRRV or Marriage Visa)
• Education: At least High school graduate
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English (B2 level) and Japanese (read, write, & speak)
Total Package: PHP 127,500 – PHP 129,550
• Basic Salary: 23,500 – 25,500
• Total allowances: 4,050
• Premium Pay: 100,000
Assessments:
• Typing Test: 35 wpm /90% accuracy
• SVAR: 59 B2 (Listening and Speaking)
• Write X: 65 B2 (Email writing)
Job Description:
• Research customer problems and deliver solutions
• Deliver an experience to every customer, meeting Spotify’s service standards
• Respond to 60-70 emails per day through template and long form email responses to customer email inquiries
• Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals
• Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately.
• Work as part of the team to ensure the program floor is a positive and professional environment.
• Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required.
**Non-voice account but candidates should be fluent in both English (B2 level) and Japanese spoken and written.**
**NO RELOCATION since we need someone residing in Manila.**
**Open for both native & non-native only residing in the Philippines and willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong**
