NOW HIRING: Healthcare Customer Service Representatives

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused graduates from Medical Allied courses to join our Healthcare Account team. If you have a background in healthcare and want to build a rewarding career in the BPO industry, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Assist healthcare members with benefits, claims, billing, and eligibility inquiries
Provide professional and empathetic customer support via phone, chat, or email
Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal departments for issue resolution
Accurately document customer interactions and account updates
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company healthcare standards

Qualifications:
Graduate of any Medical Allied course (Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Psychology, Physical Therapy, etc.)
Excellent English communication skills
Healthcare or BPO experience is an advantage but not required
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
