Job Description:
We are hiring customer-focused professionals for our Financial Account. The role involves assisting customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, payment processing, transaction verification, and general financial service support through phone, email, and chat channels.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to financial accounts and services
Assist with billing, payments, and account verification requests
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining data confidentiality
Provide accurate information regarding account transactions and policies
Maintain quality service standards and productivity metrics
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Qualifications
Open to: HS Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate (new curriculum)
Expro 2-5 (Minimum of 6 mos BPO experience)
Start Date: June 15, 2026
