You use AI modeling to test theories and identify ways to improve processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Center of Excellence (COE) enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.

As a member of the COE Analytics Modeling Analysis team, you will generate business insights to help to improve its processes, boost sales and maximize profitability. You will build models and scorecards that help business leaders to understand trends and market drivers. You will work closely with operations teams to turn these insights into user-friendly solutions. Managing access to tools and monitoring their usage

You will:

• Collect and process data from functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance

• Analyze data to develop business insights that support decision making.

• Communicate data insights in a clear and concise manner.

• Work closely with the COE team to develop industrialized solutions.

Must have:

• At least 8 years of experience doing data modeling and analysis work, which may include:

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery

• Applied Machine learning algorithms

• SQL or Python

• Data visualization tools such as Power Bi, Tableau, Google Data Studio

• Project management experience

• At least 5 years managerial experience/leadership experience

• Strong business acumen and attention to details

• Excellent oral and written communication in English

Good to have:

• Data Science

• Background in finance

• Understanding of sales processes and systems

• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRMA

• Software Engineering

OTHERS:

• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company
