Job title: Communications Trainer

Vertical: Support and Leadership

Type of Support: Support

Work set up: Hybrid at Central Bloc 2, Cebu IT Park

Work shift: Mid shift, 2PM to 11PM

Salary: up to 43K package

Start date: ASAP

Headcount: 1

Qualifications:

• College Graduates only

• With at least 1 year experience as a Trainer in any field is required.

• Open to process trainers, and must have BPO experience. No experience in BPO will be rejected.

• Excellent English Communication skills.

• Open for local or Filipino applicants only

• Not a job hopper

• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro.

Recruitment Process:

• Validation and screening interview with CV to Reviewer

• Initial Interview: HRI (Human Resource Interview with the client)

• Demo and Final Interview via MS Teams
