Senior High School Graduate
Completed at least 2 years in college (4 semesters with no back subjects for old curriculum High School graduates)
College Graduate
With or without BPO/customer service experience
Good communication skills
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to airline reservations, bookings, cancellations, and flight changes
Assist passengers with baggage concerns, flight schedules, and travel requirements
Provide accurate information regarding airline policies and services
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain quality customer service and meet performance targets
