Job Title: Trade Operations Associate
Shift Schedule: APAC Shift – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT
Work Setup: Onsite
Location: Taguig
Job Responsibilities
Support daily trading operations by ensuring timely execution and accuracy of trades, while collaborating with traders and team members to resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and reconcile trading accounts, implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, trading regulations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Prepare and analyze trading reports for management review, contributing to strategic discussions and handling ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills:
Proven experience in securities trading middle office/settlements or financial services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective decision-making ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and strong digital literacy.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Solid understanding of trading systems and financial markets (Equities, Fixed Income, and/or Foreign Exchange).
Commitment to delivering high-quality results with a focus on continuous improvement.
