Job Title: Sales Coach (Manager)
Account: Retail Outbound Sales
Location: Tarlac / Clark (priority: Tarlac)
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Night Shift
Start Date: ASAP
Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 100,000 (depending on level)
- Level 4: PHP 40,000
- Level 5: PHP 80,000 – 100,000

Job Description
The Sales Coach (Manager) is responsible for driving sales performance through effective coaching, training, and strategic leadership. This role requires strong sales expertise, BPO experience, and proven success in outbound sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop team managers/leaders to improve coaching effectiveness
- Design and oversee training programs to enhance sales representatives’ performance
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Optimize lead targeting strategies to improve conversion rates
- Track and evaluate campaign ROI, implementing data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with operations to identify and maximize growth opportunities
- Drive adoption of data-backed sales strategies across teams
- Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous improvement
- Provide executive leadership with performance reports and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 3–4 years current experience in sales management and outbound sales within a BPO setting (non-negotiable)
- Proven Sales Coach experience in a BPO environment (non-negotiable)
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
- Hands-on experience in creating and facilitating sales training courses (required)
- Advanced skills in:
- Sales strategy and coaching
- Project and stakeholder management
- Data analysis and ROI tracking
- People management and leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
- Adaptability to changing market conditions
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and results-driven
Note: Candidates without direct Sales Coach or Outbound Sales (BPO) experience will not be considered.
