Position Title: Procurement Operations Associate Manager
Project Name: Procurement BPO
Work Setup: Hybrid
Shift: Morning Shift
Rest Days: Weekends
Location: Mandaluyong
Responsibilities
-
Lead sourcing exercises including RFIs and RFPs in support of category strategies and business objectives.

Conduct market research and supplier identification for category projects.

Partner with stakeholders to ensure procurement delivery aligns with objectives.
-
Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to drive sourcing and category management activities.
-
Provide analysis to maintain competitiveness of category contracts.
-
Build partnerships with suppliers to deliver strategy and objectives.
-
Manage KPI reporting of supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
-
Conduct total cost of ownership analysis for cost improvement projects.
-
Prepare performance reports and executive presentations.
-
Support supply market research, spend and contract analysis, and category planning.
-
Ensure smooth communication between global and local functions.
-
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across corporate and business units.
-
Support P2P processes and procurement services for key stakeholders.

Present recommendations for efficiency, innovation, and cost optimization.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
-
Minimum 7 years’ experience in procurement, vendor management, supplier management, or contracting.

Strong knowledge of procurement methodology and sourcing execution, with success in negotiating complex purchasing agreements.

Good understanding of contingent labor-related legal and regulatory landscapes (employment law, immigration procedures, visa classifications, etc.).

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, preferably with experience in multicultural or international settings.

Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects with flexibility and prioritize effectively.
-
Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented with a team-player mindset.
-
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
