Job Title: Large Language Models (LLM) Full Stack Engineer

Location: Cebu City (On-site)

Work Shift: Rotational

Salary: Php 130000

Job Summary:

As an LLM Full Stack Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and integrating applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and other enterprise services. This role involves designing and implementing APIs, optimizing AI applications, and applying DevOps practices to enhance the performance and efficiency of the systems you work on.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Expertise: Proficiency in Generative AI.

Additional Skills: Experience with Java EE, Python, and DevOps practices is a plus.

Strong understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms.

Experience in developing and deploying scalable applications in cloud environments.

Proficiency in API design and development, ensuring secure and reliable integrations.

Familiarity with front-end technologies to build user-friendly interfaces.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Generative AI.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the team.

Collaborate with multiple teams to drive key decisions and solutions.

Lead the team and be responsible for team decisions.

Provide mentorship and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Analyze project requirements and convert them into technical specifications for development.

Continuously monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

Ensure the team maintains a strong culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Additional Information:
