Job Title: Large Language Models (LLM) Full Stack Engineer

Work Setup: On-site (Cebu City)

Shift Schedule: Rotational

Eligibility: Only applicants who already have the right to live and work in the Philippines may apply.

Summary:

As an LLM Full Stack Engineer, you will develop and integrate applications with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other enterprise services. You will design and implement APIs, leverage front-end and server-side technologies, apply DevOps practices, and optimize AI applications for efficiency and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Generative AI.

Collaborate with and manage teams, taking responsibility for technical decisions.

Engage with cross-functional teams to contribute to key project decisions.

Provide innovative solutions to challenges across teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.

Translate project requirements into technical specifications to guide development.

Monitor and evaluate application performance, recommending improvements.

Maintain a stable career track record (no frequent short-term job changes).

Skills & Qualifications

Professional & Technical Skills:

Expert proficiency in Generative AI (minimum 3 years).

Strong understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms.

Experience in developing and deploying scalable applications in cloud environments.

Proficiency in API design and development for robust and secure integrations.

Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Python, and Devlops.

Additional Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City.
