JOB TITLE: Global Sourcing Senior Analyst - Procurement Practice
WORK SET UP: Hybrid
Work Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
(Salary is confidential, but once they will be selected, the final salary offer will depends to the client and project they will be assigned)
Skills and Qualifications Required:
• College degree holder
• Should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Global sourcing, Contract Management and Category Management, supplier management and/or supply chain consulting or industry environment with a demonstrated track record of delivering results
• Must have an experience in supporting clients in the US / international client or regions not local to the Philippines. No experience in US or international clients will be rejected.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support sourcing exercises and lead low to medium complexity RFIs and RFPs in the delivery of the category strategy and market unit objectives
• Support upfront market research and supplier identification for category projects
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure delivery is aligned to procurement and stakeholder objectives
• Work collaboratively with suppliers and stakeholders to communicate and support sourcing and category management activities
• Provide analysis for necessary sourcing activities to maintain the competitiveness of category contracts
• Build relationships with suppliers to support their effective delivery in the category
• Contribute to KPI reporting of supplier performance finding opportunities for data to improve the delivery of our category strategy
• Perform total cost of ownership analyses for the evaluation of continuous cost improvement projects
• Gather monthly performance-related data and prepares executive reports and presentations• Support sales & business development, spend & contract analysis, and category planning activities
• Perform numerous complex problem-solving functions to ensure customer satisfaction with Accenture’s services
• Ensure communication flows between the relevant functions to deliver business objectives
• Develop good working relationships with stakeholders at both the global and market unit level
• Responsible for supporting the delivery of services to stakeholders and category leads including:
• Strategic sourcing
• Contract negotiations
• Supplier performance management
• Responsible for supporting the delivery of services to stakeholders and category leads including Strategic sourcing, Contract negotiations and Supplier performance management and others.
• Working closely with the MU Cat Lead, be part of category collaboration meeting, understand global/ regional /MU level category priority, align with their priority and properly arrange capacity to provide consistent service delivered in
• S2C agile sourcing.
• Working closely with CXL/MU CXL, responsible for in scope of delivery, to provide necessary delivery results to CXL/MU
• CS&S P+ Global Capabilities Functional Leads (e.g SI&S, Risk, ET)
• Collaborate closely to understand requirements that need to be inserted into S2C delivery scope and align closely to the priorities of these global capabilities.
