Join our team as a Digital Transformation Project Specialist and play a key role in revolutionizing our operations within the BPO and shared services environment. In this role, you will be a vital link between stakeholders and the project team, driving impactful change through technology and process optimization. You will work on exciting initiatives that leverage automation, AI, and CCaaS solutions to enhance our business processes and deliver significant transformation outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Lead project communication: Facilitate project updates and act as a key liaison between various stakeholders and the project team.
- Manage risk and strategy: Conduct thorough risk assessments and collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Ensure seamless alignment with project goals by coordinating with internal teams, including Operations, IT, and Quality.
- Develop business requirements: Support the creation of clear and concise business requirements, ensuring all teams are aligned and working toward the same objectives.
- Drive transformation: Leverage cutting-edge technologies like speech analytics, AI, and CCaaS platforms to deliver successful and innovative project outcomes.
- Analyze and report: Monitor the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, conduct evaluations, and prepare detailed reports on project results.
- Champion continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and help develop and share best practices post-implementation.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management or operations role within a BPO or shared services environment.
- Familiarity with automation, speech analytics, AI technologies, and CCaaS platforms.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in a project management methodology (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, etc.).
- Experience with digital transformation, process improvement, or advanced automation strategies.
- Exposure to cross-functional dependencies in areas like operations, training, or quality management.
