Position: Data Analytics/ Reports Analyst Supervisor
Required Headcount: 1
Location: Taguig
Work Set-up: Hybrid (Willing to work onsite in Taguig) - more onsite than Hybrid
Salary: 50K not beyond 80k - negotiable depending on experience START ASAP
Qualifications:
Our most successful candidates will have:
• Has people management skills and experience
• Has experience in healthcare and/or insurance
• Experience in PowerPoint, Pivot, slicers, and PowerPivot
• Advanced experience and skills in MS Excel Reporting with MS Access and data analysis
• Create daily, weekly, and Monthly reports for the leadership team.
• Well versed in MS Excel formulas, functions, and controls
• Delivery of solution that meets end-to-end requirements of the clients.
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
• Continually improve reporting process to increase efficiency.
• The ability to learn new concepts and tools is essential.
• SFDC Report Generation and Dashboard Generation
• Tableau reporting/dashboarding – data integration with SFDC
• Splunk/datadog dashboarding and analysis on that telemetry data using data analysis tools i.e. excel, Python Panda, etc.
**BPO experience is mandatory*
**At least 1 year Healthcare/insurance experience in the BPO setting is required**
**Must have experience in leadership roles - minimum of 2 people**
