Job Opportunity: Customer Success Manager – Japanese
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Salary Package: PHP 145,000 – 150,000
Start Date: 31 July
Language Proficiency

Japanese: JLPT N1 (Mandatory – reject if below N1)

English: B2 level
Minimum Skill Requirements
-
At least 1–2 years B2B / Account Management experience (Mandatory – reject if no Account Management background)

Proven Account Management skills
-
Experience providing multi-channel support preferred (phone, chat, email, web, etc.)

Ability to manage accounts independently via video conferencing, emails, etc.
-
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients
-
Build strong client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction

Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring needs are met and exceeded
-
Provide solutions and guidance through various communication channels

Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs
