Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal in a law firm setting mandatory

Strong understanding of trademark laws, regulations, filing procedures, and legal industry specific terminologies is preferred.

Proficiency in using Lawmatics software for trademark management is preferred.

Familiarity with LexisNexis Products and project management software and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Work with attorneys to oversee trademark portfolios for a diverse range of clients.

Utilize LawMatics software to conduct thorough trademark searches and assess potential conflicts.

Prepare and submit trademark applications, responses to office actions, and other relevant documentation.

Offer assistance with drafting legal correspondence and agreements, such as cease-and-desist letters and licensing contracts.

Employ LawMatics software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trademark matters.

Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders regarding trademark issues.
